How does it work?

To begin the process of your new CV purchase your package through our online shop. We will contact you within 1 working day to arrange a video or phone call at a time that suits you. We will ask you before our call to fill in a brief form on your work history and qualifications/education so far for us to review ahead of time. During our call, we will ask more in-depth questions to enable us to craft your personalised CV to be a true reflection of yourself so we can showcase your potential.

After our video call, we will then complete your CV within the given timeframe and send it in both PDF and Microsoft Word format. We can edit your CV with unlimited revisions until you are 100% satisfied with the final product.

How long will the process take?

We offer a 3-4 working day turnaround for the first draft after our initial registration call for our standard CV and an additional 3 working days for any new edits after this. We can also offer an express service of a 24 hour turnaround for the first draft for an additional fee.

Can I come back for a new CV when I am starting a new role? 

We would love to make any further edits to cover your latest work experience and achievements for a discounted fee. Please get in touch to discuss this further.

Do you offer refunds ?

We are confident that you will be 100% satisfied with your new CV or cover letter so refunds are only considered before any work on your project has begun minus any processing fees.
